Fikayo Adeyinka is the convener of While Waiting Ministries. While Waiting is an interdenominational ministry focused on helping women understand God’s supernatural abilities, beauty, and purpose associated with WAITING SEASONS. Her approach is from various perspectives. The Biblical perspective is the first and major way While Waiting teaches women about waiting.

This ministry is a non-profit organization conceived in 2010 and has been in full operation since 30^th January 2011. Its mission is to foster/promote spiritual and physical wellness, mental wholeness, career progression and the discovery of purpose to help women adequately prepare for the actualization of their DREAMS in and out of seasons. Such dreams could be the desire to get married, have and raise godly seeds, re-marry or step into specific endeavors that would bring glory to God and make their lives better.

When the ministry started in 2011, my team and I focused on just one aspect of waiting (Brides-to-Be) until 2020, after nine years when we expanded the ministry into four arms.
